  1. Click the "Sign In" or "Open a new Ticket" button.

  2. For BWSI employees with BWSI webmail, please click the "Sign in with BWSI Webmail" button.
    Otherwise, for Hiyas employees, please use the "Email or Username and Password" section to sign in.
  3. Click the "Sign in with BWSI WebMail" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the BWSI WebMail to log in, use the BWSI WebMail credentials (email/password), and click the "Login" button.

  5. Click the "Authorize application" button.

  6. And you are good to go!
