How to create a ticket?

- Click the "Open a New Ticket" button.
- Select a Help Topic.
- Fill up the "Requestor Details" section.
- The "Area of Concern" will vary based on the chosen Help Topic (Department); please complete the forms based on your specific concern.
- Fill up the "Ticket Details" based on your request. Details must be easily understood, specific, and concise. If attachments are needed, click the "choose them" button to add attachments.
- Then click the "Create Ticket" button to create your ticket.
- The department will receive an alert that a new ticket was filed and will assist you as soon as possible.
