How to create a ticket?

  1. Click the "Open a New Ticket" button.

  2. Select a Help Topic.

  3. Fill up the "Requestor Details" section.

  4. The "Area of Concern" will vary based on the chosen Help Topic (Department); please complete the forms based on your specific concern.

  5. Fill up the "Ticket Details" based on your request. Details must be easily understood, specific, and concise. If attachments are needed, click the "choose them" button to add attachments.

  6. Then click the "Create Ticket" button to create your ticket.

  7. The department will receive an alert that a new ticket was filed and will assist you as soon as possible.
